Combining deep experience with genuine care, Rose inspires growth and resilience in her counselling practice and teaching.

With over 20 years of experience across the mental health, education, and business sectors, Rose combines her private counselling practice with a strong commitment to supporting clients through trauma recovery, domestic violence, neurodivergence, and career transitions. She has led training groups, mentored students, and created innovative learning resources—always with a holistic focus on wellness. Warmth, structure, and lived insight define her approach.

Teaching gives Rose a deep sense of purpose. She delights in helping others develop self-awareness and confidence by sharing both personal and professional experiences. Known for being approachable and flexible, she simplifies complex ideas and encourages students to trust their learning process, even in uncertain situations. Rose aims to inspire students to recognise their potential and believe in their ability to succeed, no matter their starting point.

Her greatest motivation comes from seeing students grow in confidence and clients find healing. She is passionate about the power of meaningful change and cherishes her role as both educator and counsellor.
