What to Expect on Your Test Day?

Before your test

  • Check your email for important information from Pearson before your test day.
  • Follow all instructions provided by our staff for a smooth experience.
  • Ensure you know the exact location of the test centre and plan your journey.
  • Review test policies, including prohibited items and personal belongings.

For details on scheduling, rescheduling, and other test-related information, log in to your Pearson account.

Arrival time

  • Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled test time to complete the check-in process.
  • Bring a valid government-issued ID as required by Pearson.
  • Late arrivals will not be permitted to sit the test, so plan your travel accordingly.
  • Follow all test centre rules and instructions.

Go to the Pearson’s test-taker homepage. Use the search bar to type your program name or acronym or select the name from the alphabetcial list. 

Visit the Pearson’s exam program’s homepage and sign in to select the exam you’d like to schedule. You can select up to three test centres to compare appointment availability.

Visit your exam program’s homepage and sign in. Select the exam you’d like to reschedule or cancel from ‘Upcoming Appointments’. You will receive an email confirming any changes to your appointment. Don’t forget to click ‘Confirm Reschedule’ on the final screen to ensure your changes have been saved. 

TrainSmart Australia’s Test Centre operates from Mon-Fri from 9 am – 4pm.

Parking is unavailable on-site, but you can find public car parks nearby, like CPP or Wilson. Please allow extra time to locate parking and walk to the test centre to ensure you arrive on time. 

Alternatively, the test centre is easily accessible through public transport.
