Romana brings extensive experience in mental health and the disability sector, guiding students with practical insight and a genuine passion for empowering others.

With a background as a mental health nurse, NDIS Support Coordinator, and Psychosocial Recovery Coach, she has worked closely with individuals navigating complex challenges. Her practice is grounded in a person-centred approach, focused on building trust and supporting clients to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Romana’s teaching bridges theory with real-world application. She fosters a supportive, inclusive environment where students feel comfortable sharing experiences, encouraging deeper understanding, empathy, and collaboration.

Known for her engaging and creative style, she incorporates real case studies and varied learning approaches to make complex concepts accessible and relevant — helping students feel confident applying their skills in real workplace settings.

Romana is driven by a desire to see students succeed, supporting them in completing their studies and stepping confidently into meaningful careers. She is committed to helping learners recognise their potential, build resilience, and prepare for their next chapter.

Outside the classroom, Romana enjoys travelling, hiking, and spending time in nature. She’s also a passionate pet lover and enjoys creative outlets like watercolour painting and gardening — activities that help her stay grounded and support her overall wellbeing.
