Policy Statement
TrainSmart Australia is committed to ensuring that the process of assessment (including the recognition of prior learning) in all VET programs is conducted in accordance with the four Principles of Assessment (validity, reliability, fairness and flexibility) and the Rules of Evidence as endorsed by the National Quality Council.
All training and assessing staff are informed of this procedure through the induction process, and are responsible for observing the guidelines stated in this procedure.
