Our trainers will give you 1 to 1 support throughout the duration of your course to help you understand the course content, give valuable feedback on your theoretical and practical assessments and help you towards realising and achieving your career pathway goals.
TrainSmart Australia will assess a student’s ‘academic suitability’ to ensure the student has the best chance of success. This is determined by either:
- The student providing TrainSmart Australia with a copy of an Australian year 12 certificate; or,
- The student providing TrainSmart Australia with a copy of a Certificate IV qualification (or above) that can be verified or,
- The student completing the Core Skills Profile for Adults online assessment passing at or above Exit Level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework in both reading and numeracy.

To study this course online, we will give you access to our online learning management system, Moodle, to access all your course material and assessments. In Moodle, you’ll be able to have multiple attempts to submit your assessments and receive trainer feedback.
Not that computer savvy? That’s okay! We offer a short induction course to help you get started in Moodle to access your Diploma course material and give you helpful pointers in submitting assessments. Our friendly IT support team and trainers will also be able assist you and walk you through.
