What does a Do?
A youth worker mentors young adults to assist with their development into adulthood. A youth worker has the practical skills and knowledge to promote the well-being and protection needs of young people. Youth workers may also do work within the community to benefit young people such as hosting recreational programs, community education initiatives etc.
